Leads Capture
Capture and manage visitor contact information from conversations.
What are Leads?
Leads are contact details collected from visitors during chat conversations. When a visitor provides their email or other contact information, Hunch automatically captures and organizes them as leads.
How Leads Work
Hunch automatically captures leads when visitors:
- Provide their email address during conversation
- Ask to be contacted
- Request more information
- Share their contact details
- Complete structured lead or handoff capture flows
Viewing Leads
- Log in to your Hunch dashboard
- Navigate to Leads in the sidebar
- View all captured leads with:
- Email address
- Name (if provided)
- Source website
- Session linkage
- Date captured
Lead Information Captured
Each lead includes:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Visitor's email address | |
| Name | Name provided by visitor (if available) |
| Source | Website where lead was captured |
| Session | Chat session reference |
| Message Preview | The captured context when available |
| Date | When the lead was captured |
