Configuring Email Alerts

1. Go to your website settings in the Hunch dashboard
2. Navigate to Extensions
3. Click Email Alerts
4. Configure your triggers:
   • High intent questions
   • Cart abandonment
   • Product interest
   • Pricing questions
   • Support requests
   • Wholesale inquiries
   • Human handoff requests
5. Enter your recipient email address
6. Set intensity threshold (optional)
7. Save configuration

Shopify Inventory

Keep your website visitors informed about real-time product availability.

Prerequisites

• Shopify store with API access
• Professional plan or higher
• Hunch Shopify extension installed

Setting Up Shopify

1. Go to your website settings in the Hunch dashboard
2. Navigate to Extensions
3. Click Shopify Inventory
4. Enter your Shopify store domain (e.g., yourstore.myshopify.com)
5. Enter your Shopify Admin API access token
6. Test the connection
7. Save configuration

Setting Up Calendly

1. Go to your website settings in the Hunch dashboard
2. Navigate to Extensions
3. Click Calendly Booking
4. Enter your Calendly API token
5. Select which event types to offer
6. Save configuration

How It Works

1. Visitor asks about booking a meeting
2. AI presents available time slots
3. Visitor selects a time
4. Meeting is automatically scheduled
5. Confirmation sent to both parties

Managing Extensions

Activating an Extension

1. Navigate to Extensions in your website settings
2. Find the extension you want to enable
3. Click Configure
4. Enter required configuration
5. Click Activate

Deactivating an Extension

1. Navigate to Extensions in your website settings
2. Find the active extension
3. Click Deactivate
4. Confirm the action

Troubleshooting

Email Alerts not sending:

• Verify recipient email is correct
• Check spam folder
• Ensure triggers are properly configured
• Verify your email provider is working

Shopify connection failed:

• Double-check store domain spelling
• Verify API token has correct permissions
• Ensure Shopify API access is enabled

Calendly not showing availability:

• Verify Calendly API token is valid
• Check that event types are published
• Ensure your Calendly account is in good standing
