Notifications

Hunch includes persisted notifications for both workspace operators and the admin dashboard.

Customer dashboard notifications

In the main dashboard, go to /dashboard/notifications or use the bell menu in the header.

Notifications can cover areas such as:

  • setup reminders
  • billing and credit events
  • handoff pressure
  • operations items
  • eval or release issues

The notification center supports:

  • active
  • read
  • dismissed

Actions taken in the header dropdown and the full notifications page stay in sync.

Admin notifications

In the admin dashboard, go to /notifications or open the top-right notifications dropdown.

Admin notifications focus on platform health and cross-tenant operational issues such as:

  • stale handoffs
  • risky tenant conditions
  • system health alerts
  • failed or degraded operations

The admin dropdown and page share the same persisted inbox state, including:

  • read
  • unread
  • dismiss
  • restore

Real-time updates

Both dashboards refresh notifications live so counts and statuses stay aligned as new events arrive or existing issues are resolved.

Best practices

  • Treat notifications as an operating queue, not just an FYI feed.
  • Dismiss items only when the underlying issue is truly handled.
  • Watch repeated eval or handoff notifications for structural problems in knowledge or routing.
